About Danielle
I understand that trying to work out who you are and where you fit, and what boundaries may benefit you and your life, can be difficult to do alone. I also know that It can be anxiety provoking looking for support and trying to find the right counsellor for you.
I am passionate about supporting people in getting to know who they are so that they can get the most out of their lives. After my own counselling, I have been able to feel clearer about my own life and what I want to do in it, whilst learning to be able to say no.
I know what it is like to come to therapy and how nervous you can be when waiting for the first session.
I know what it is like to experience adversity, and have to overcome many hurdles in life, whilst knowing that change is possible.
I became a counsellor, after teaching 14-16 year olds with behavioural issues. I knew I wanted to be able to help them more, and that they would become adults who would need further support.
I can help you on your journey of self discovery, whilst working through all the things you feel need to be worked on, so that you too will able to say no and put in boundaries, leaving you with a greater sense of self acceptance.
