What is Therapy?
Therapy is a place to come when you are experiencing a life transition, going through a difficult time or if you want to talk to someone about the things that have happened to you.

Therapy is a chance to share your story and seek another perspective to help you build acceptance, resilience so that you can move forward and begin to heal.

As a counsellor, I support and guide my clients in feeling empowered and heard. As my client, you will begin to understand yourself and your life better and, gain another perspective with confidence.
​
It is important to me that we work alongside each other so that we can work out what it is that you need and create a plan so that we can get there.
​
​
I trained as an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I am able to draw on multiple approaches to tailor therapy to you, based on what you need. What you need can change in each session and I will work with you to meet your needs.
​
I also work creatively, and writing and/or drawing tasks may be given if it is something you'd like to do.
​
All counselling sessions take place online on Zoom.
