Online support for your mood.
Does it feel like your mood is dropping and you’re not enjoying life like you usually do?
Does it feel like no one cares or understands what’s going on for you?
Perhaps it feels like it is only you who feels the way you do.
Truth is you are not alone, and there any many others who feel the way you do. You will be able to meet some of those people here.
Why Group Therapy?
In your group you will meet others who are in a similar position to you, where you can share your thoughts and feelings in a safe confidential space. You will be able to find strategies that will support you in moving forward and will allow you to boost your self esteem and self confidence.
Your group will be run by me, a qualified counsellor. I have my own personal experience of low mood and depression and know how important it can be to talk to others who do understand. I also know that there is a way forward and life can continue with you in a happier place.

Experiencing low mood or depression
What can we talk about?
There is no one thing that we will talk about, but it may include;
Your feelings and emotions
Your relationships with others
The group will also be a place where you can listen to other participants experiences
How does it work?
Before you start we will meet for a chat where you can ask me any questions you have
The group will meet weekly
After 6 weeks you will be able to choose if you want to end or continue
There will be no more than 8 people in a group
There will be a waiting list for those who wish to join
You will also get a free 50 minute one to one session (worth £50) where you will be able to explore how you are finding the group.
