Therapy and Support, but in a group with peers.

Support Group

Group therapy allows you to connect with others who are experiencing similar issues to you. This could be low mood, anxiety or self esteem. This is done in a safe and confidential space.

Benefits of Group Therapy

  • Communication

Your communication with others will improve as you learn how to navigate a group. You will have the opportunity to share as much or as little as you want as I facilitate the group. 

  • Loneliness and Connection

When you are experiencing an issue it can feel like it is only you and ber very lonely. With group therapy you will be with others that are experiencing what you are experiencing

  • Cheaper than individual therapy

Group therapy is around 50% cheaper than individual therapy, making it an already low cost option

 

  • Small groups

Groups are kept small and a maximum 8 participants will join each group for 1.5 hour sessions.

  • Online

Sessions take place online on Zoom, which means you don't have to travel and can be where you feel comfortable.
